Privacy policy

What we collect

When you send a new place with the form, we store what you entered and your email address. We only use the email address to ask about the place, and it is never published.

The web server keeps standard logs (IP address, time, page visited), which are used for security.

Cookies and advertising

The site uses Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your previous visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google's ad settings (adssettings.google.com). In the European Economic Area, your consent is asked before cookies are used. See also the cookie policy.

Maps

Maps are loaded from OpenStreetMap servers, which can see your IP address.

Legal basis and retention

We process data to run and secure the website (legitimate interest), to answer your requests, and, for advertising, on the basis of your consent. We keep data only as long as needed for these purposes. We never sell your contact details.

Your rights

You can ask for the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict its processing and withdraw consent. Write to: ekskluzivet@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
