Tips
At a scrap metal buyer, the price depends on the type and cleanliness of the metal, so separate copper, aluminium and iron if you can. Bring ID. Payment is usually made by bank transfer. Ask for the day's prices and whether they also take vehicles or large items.
Before selling, compare offers from several places, as prices vary. The price of gold and silver depends on weight and purity; for electronics, on condition and model. Bring ID, as buyers usually ask for it. Clean the item and bring its box, charger or papers if you have them.
