Tips
Old electrical and electronic equipment, such as fridges, washing machines, TVs, computers and small appliances, must not go in household waste, as it contains both valuable and hazardous materials. Take it to a waste station or an e-waste collection point. Many shops that sell electronics take back an old appliance of the same kind when you buy a new one. Delete your data from computers and phones before handing them in.
Sort your waste at home and bring it to the collection point clean. Check before you go which waste the place takes and whether it is free. Things that still work can go to a reuse shop so they get a second round.
